Return & Refund Policy

At Suit Bazar Official, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read the policy below for details on returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Return & Exchange Window

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible, your item must:

Be unused, unwashed, and unaltered
Be in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact
Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or an unboxing video. After verification, we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
Items returned without original tags or packaging
Items marked as final sale or clearance
Customized or made-to-measure items, unless received damaged or incorrect

How to Request a Return

Contact us via email or WhatsApp within the return window.
Share your order number, the reason for return, and photos where applicable.
Once approved, we will guide you on how to send the item back.

Please do not send any parcel before receiving our approval.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
For returns due to change of mind or size/fit preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to your preferred method (bank transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa). Since orders are placed via Cash on Delivery, refunds will be issued manually to the account details you provide.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or product, we will be happy to arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team. Once an order has been shipped, it can only be returned under the terms of this policy.
